Milk tank vehicle's the inner and outer tank body is made of stainless steel 304, and can be made into 2-4 cabin. There is a washer in the tank. The middle layer is heated by polyurethane foam material with 50-80 mm, and the temperature change is not more than 1 degrees at 24 hours when the temperature is 30 degrees.

Generally, the tank body of milk tank car uses polyurethane foam, and the tank body is surrounded by 80-100mm thick insulation layer. It can not only get good thermal insulation performance, but also enhance the strength of the tank. The heat preservation of polyurethane foam is not more than 2 centigrade for 24 hours at normal temperature, the insulation performance is more reliable, and the connection strength between the outer cover of the tank and the inner liner is ensured.
