TBP Series Belt Press

As a effective juice extractor,the model TBP series belt press is widely used in the juice extracting of bacca,drupe and various of vegetables.The belt press is high juice rate,widely application,and easy for maintenance.Matched with the washing water recycle system,it is water savage.

Vacuum System Presses

Triowin developed the first citrus extractor in China, which delivers the superior quality juice to the consumer due to its ideal design to reduce oil and bitterness in the peel. The fruit is fed into the extraction cups singly and drops into a stationary lower cup which automatically centers and positions it for extraction. The fixed lower cups consist of a series of vertical finger-shaped elements, arranged with very small intervening spaces into which the corresponding elements from the mobile upper cups come down in a vertically alternating movement which pushes and squeezes the citrus while a cylindrical cutter located at the centre of the lower cup cuts a circle through the peel in the lower part of the fruit. The juice and pulp are forced toward an opening, going through the strainer tube. This tube, which acts as a juice pre-finisher cuts the circular peel at the bottom of citruses in different diameters depending on the need.

Fruit Brusher

Applicable for extracting juice of bacca such as grape, blueberries, strawberries , etc. To prevent oxidation, press process is completely isolated with oxygen by deploying inert gas protection, Vacuum System Presses is the best choice for high- quality juice.The main part of the machine is made of 304 stainless.The automatic pressing programs are operated by a PLC system and can select any type of working cycle. The press is also equippedwith an “intelligent” pressing programme which, according to the variety of grapes being fed into the machine, automatically choose the best working parameters. The press can also be switched to manual use.
